Thank you for shopping at The Behavioral Therapist’s Backpack. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 10 business days of the delivery date.
  • The following items are not eligible for return: perishable goods, intimate apparel, personalized items.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:
    • Contact our customer service team at contact@tbtb.life to request a return.
    • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization:
    • Once your return request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • You will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Return Shipping:
    • Returns initiated 10 days after receiving the item are usually free :
      • Customer is responsible for other return shipping costs.
      • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
    • Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
  4. Inspection and Refund:
    • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
    • If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds

  • The following refund options may be available:
    • Full Refund: For items returned due to defect, damage, or incorrect item received.
    • Partial Refund: May be issued for items returned in less than original condition.
    • Store Credit: May be offered as an alternative to a refund.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refund if items arrive damaged: Apply for a refund if any items you ordered arrive damaged.
  • Refund for packages lost in transit: Apply for a refund if your package is indicated as “lost in transit” on its tracking details. If it eventually arrives later, you can keep it with no need to return it.
  • Refund if not delivered after 30 days: If your package isn’t delivered within 30 days after shipment, you can apply for a refund. If it eventually arrives later, you can keep it with no need to return it.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item and the packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.

Notes

  • This return policy applies only to purchases made directly from www.tbtb.life
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our return policy.
  • Any changes or modifications to our return policy will be updated on our website.

Free Returns

  • You can return it within the order protection period. The first return on each order is free (up to 5 times per month).
